Paid user's posts are entering moderation queue
 

My paid user's posts and threads are being entered into the moderation queue and I just can't figure out why as I have them set not to...

All of the users who have tested this for me have only a single group, no additional groups, they are in a group called "Paid Members", and in Usergroups > Usergroups Manager > Edit Paid Member Group I have set the following:

Can someone help me out here it's driving me crazy having to approve every post when I should not have to...
