I don't quite understand the concept of having a host with vBulletin...
 

I want to create a website using vBulletin, but I don't see what having a host does. Isn't the point of a host to have a program that you can use to make your website? And if so, doesn't vBulletin already do that? If not, what is the point? I just want to know what I'm paying these people for exactly. Thanks! :P
