Suite I'm having trouble after uploading to server
 

Hi,

I am a total newbie and I am having a problem. :confused: I'm trying to start a new online forum and I purchased VBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite and uploaded vbulletin to the cgi-bin folder on my server. I didn't realize this was incorrect until I tried to run the install at http://www.mywebsite.com/forums/install/install.php and kept getting Page not found File 404. My husband took a look and said the path was wrong so I tried www.mywebsite.com/cgi-bin/forums/install/install.php and the new installation page appears requesting my customer number.

When I open File Manager on my server and FTP program the only three things listed on the server were:

cgi-bin
stats
Home.html

Did I upload it to the wrong location and if so how do I fix it and where should it have gone. :confused: Sorry for being such a dweeb, but I'm stuck.
