Forum Database error with language import
 

I get the following error when atempting to import the spanish language into my forum, the thing is, before I used to be able to import this language file, but now, I am not able to, this after I had a problem with a mod in my forum, now I can only upload a utf language file, even though my database uses the latin1_swedish collation. Howeber with a utf language, some of my usernames are not working properly, neither is the entire forum language. Some usernames give me database errors. I already looked at the language file in the database and it is using the latin1_swedish collation, I don't know where the problem lies or how to go about correcting it, any help?
