CMS Video Display on the CMS page.
 

How do I get my own uploaded videos to display like the youtube videos do on the CMS page. I have a screen shot attached to show you what I am talking about.

I would prefer the video first, then the text, but when I do it like that the video does not even show up on the CMS preview. Is there a way to fix that also?
