CMS Grid problem, want a 3 column, fixed columns
 

I have a problem with the grid I use.
I have a 1000 pixels wide page (fixed with) and want to have to two side columns around 200 pixels each.

However the right part of the side columns with widgets are not showing, the corners are cut off.

I tried to get this grid to do what I want but haven't figured out what to change, every time I change something it seems to move other stuff around and not doing what I want.
