You guys have lost a potential customer
 
With your lack of basic out of the box features such as:
  • Facebook Connect
  • Twitter Integration
  • A CMS that will let you create anything you want, not just an article manager
  • Lack of staff in the Pre-sales forum, but always having fun in the chit-chat
  • Releasing one of the most "bugged" software in the history of the internet
I will need to be impressed by vBulletin 5.
