CMS Trying top place image below navabr on cms home page
 

I've spent the last 2 days trying to figure out how to add a large image 960px wide by 50px tall directly under the nav bar above the content area. There doesn't seem to be an accessible template that will allow me to add a
and place the image where I want it to go. I see in the grid manager the option to add a second header that will fall directly after the primary header. When I choose this option nothing is added.

Does anyone know how I can add my image to the home page only?
