Image Verification - No Text?
 

I just installed a stock installation of vB, and at the image verification section of the registration form, it lacks any sort of letters, numbers, lines, etc. The only thing it shows is the background image itself and thats it.

I read through and it seems I need to turn on some font stuff, but I believe it is already on, can someone give me a method of checking?

Also any solutions to the problem in the first section are appreciated.
