Forum Broken option: Show Forum Button (vB 4.0.2PL4)
 

I'm trying to remove the "Forum" tab from my site, since I want to have the site logo link to my landing page, which is not the forumlist. I'm running 4.0.2PL4, and the "Show Forum Button" radio button seems to have no effect. Can anyone confirm that this is a bug?! :confused:

I don't know how to submit a bug report, otherwise I would do so.

In the main Settings > Options > Forums Home Page Options, there is a "Show Forum Button" radio button. It states: "If this is set to 'Yes' a link to the Forum Page will be displayed on the navigation bar."


By default, it is set to "Yes". I've tried toggling it off and on, but it doesn't seem to do anything at all. So, it's either the setting you're looking for and it is broken, or it's not the setting the looking for, but it's still broken, or I'm blind. :)

Either someone else could clarify this or you could submit a bug about that radio button.
