Forum 4.0 install not installing
 

ok i have 3.8.4 and ive followed the instructions. says upload the folder except the install.php file and i have ive gone threw the steps and it still says 3.8.4 what am i doing wrong????

is the 4.0.2 patch level 4 the upgrade?

please help thanks.
