CMS How to play my video online with BBCode "video"
 

Hello,

I know we can insert video with youtube's link but this is small video (less than 10 minutes).
I has some video tutorial with a large size and long time (over 30 minuter).
I uploaded (extension is swf , avi, mp4) but i can insert video with BBCode to play online.
How do I play my video online in CMS and Forum?
