Moderate New Users
 

How do I set up my forum so that all new users have to have a certain amount of their posts approved by an admin or moderator before they are allowed to freely post? Once this is set up where do I go to approve the posts? Please make any help given very easy to understand because I am not as experienced with this as most of you are. Thank you for your help.
