Forum vBulletin 3.7.1 - 4.0.2 Upgrade - Missing modules
 

After upgrading from vBulletin 3.7.1 to 4.0.2, I have no Plugin System or Styles & Templates modules. I do have (and have enabled) the "Enable Plugin/Hook System" option setting, but have not seen any additional menu items appear in the Admin CP.

Is there some other control someplace else that still needs to be set?

Because I have recently taken over administration of the forum site in question, I cannot say whether those modules were previously installed in the old version of vBulletin.
