Do the variables work as AND or OR?

If I choose for unregistered to see, but also choose posts between 0 and 100 for low activity registered members, will they see it? Or will that function as being applied to the first variable?

Also please make it so we can select more than one usergroup (check boxes) so we don't have to create multiple ads for one place.
