Forum Table doesn't exist after upgrade to 4.0.2 PL4
 

After upgrading to 4.0 I now get these errors thrown when searching:

Sure enough if I go look, the vb_search table doesn't exist. Per the suggestions on first login to the Admin CP, I rebuilt the Search Index. I'm not really sure what's going on. Any thoughts?
