Used Impex For 3.7 - 3.8 Upgrade Now Post Threads Is Messed Up
 

For some reason when I go to post a new thread none of the post editor options work, none of the smileys on the right hand side work or appear (Instead shows their alt) and also when I post a thread it appears ALL on one line, no matter how many new lines I use when posting the post or editing it.

I am on the latest version of 3.8X and changed from 3.7X with impex due to being hacked I wanted a 100% fresh file installation so this is why I chose to use Impex.
