Can not get Impex to work at all
 

I have everything installed correctly. All of the info is there and I made sure it's correct. I renamed the config file and did everything else I was told to. But for some reason, whenever I try and access Impex, I get the following message: You have set sourceexists to FALSE in ImpExConfig.php, this means you do not want to import from a database system, this system is a source database system.

But that isn't true. I have changed it to true. And yes, the source files are hosted on the same server. Here is how that section looks like, by the way:

$impexconfig['true'] = true;
