Creating New Thread issue
 

For some reason, all users cannot create any new thread if its name contains some combination of symbols. To be more precise it cannot contain the Russian word "для" (without quotes). But if I rename existing thread and include this word – all is OK. The problem happens with creating new thread only.
Any ideas how to fix it?
