Unfamiliar strict standards message in AdminCP
 

My 3.8.4PL1 test board on my development box is showing me this when I go into Style Manager: Quote:
Strict Standards: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in D:\webdev\vbdefault\admincp\template.php on line 1335

I get this when going into Manage Products:
Quote:
Strict Standards: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in D:\webdev\vbdefault\admincp\plugin.php on line 1529

Strict Standards: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in D:\webdev\vbdefault\admincp\plugin.php on line 2182

And other areas of the CP give me similar messages. Any idea what's causing this?
