Moving forum and upgrading to new version
 

I had a quick question for all of you, I am planning on doing a site upgrade as soon as 4.03 comes out and my current hosting company does not meet the requirements to run the software.

1. Should i do a fresh install on the new hosting company and then import the database or how would you go about it?
2. any suggestions on a good hosting company would be great and if you could provide a link to yours that is hosted it would be wonderful
