How quickly are "Welcome PMs" supposed to go out?
 

I just enabled this through the user registrations panel, (at least I think I did--- put in the admin username in the field) and did a test registration.

I approved the new registration (there's no email activation on my forum) so all should be good to go, but I (the test registration) haven't received anything.
