multiple ubb classic imports this week
 

I have performed multiple ubb imports, I had to tweak impex just a bit but everything is working except for the polls, and since the two boards that I moved from ubb to vbulletin didn't have very many polls this isn't a issue.

the process and where some better documentation would help.

Install vbulletin
install impex
lower the default import values it just works better, even on larger boards. It may take a few minutes longer but it is worth it.
Go through the list of impex import options
merge any users
delete imported user groups all of the silly blank ones. as well as the one that was populated
promote moderators - impex bugged out on this
modify forum display order
rebuild everything all the threads forums, users, everything

everything should be working
