Blog How can I desactivate Snippet Length just in people blog?

I want to desactivate snippet in people blogs but I can't do it. If I set it to 0 it shows complete entries in blogs frontpage (where all the entries appear), but if I set it to 200/300 it works well for blog frontpage but it cut entries in people blogs too. We need to fix it before upgrade the forum because our users don't like this "read more" in their blogs.
I don't like it too, I like it in blogs frontpage (blog.php) but not in my own blog (blog.php?1) where I like to deceide when I want to cut an entry.
I'm not sure if I'm explaining it well...
