Forum Condition Problem with notices
 

Hi

I am displaying a Leaderboard AD below the navbar.
But I want it only to display when notices are not shown, the page is a thread and the viewer a guest.

I use this condition:

But currently it is still displayed when notices are shown and I have no idea why.

Anyone an Idea?
