Mods can't view an announcement in private staff forum?
 

I've posted a global announcement on my VB 3.8.4 forum. We have a separate staff forum that only Mods and Admins can view and post in. I can view the announcement in the staff forum, with my admin account. However, Mods have reported that they get the "You do not have permission to access this page..." error, when they try to view the announcement in the staff forum. They only get that error when they try to view the announcement, they have no difficulties with viewing and posting in the other staff forum threads.

Why are they getting that error and how can I fix it?
