Suite CMS errors when upgrading from 3.8.4 to 4.0.2 PL4
 

I received the following errors (see attached) when upgrading.

I clicked through them and the installation seemed to go through fine. After installing though I had to upload tools.php and re-import the default style (after fixing the bug in the tools.php file).

Do the attached errors require further attention?

Also it would be good to see the online manual updated to refer to vB4.
