Forum Question about sending emails from within vbulletin
 

Firstly, Has anything been changed in the 3.8.5 update in regards to sending emails? I noticed that since upgrading to 3.8.5 sending emails is now really really slow. Before it used to go through 1000 emails in about 30-60 seconds. Now it takes about 10 or so minutes.

Now since I have hit 500 000 members and 300k+ are subscribed to receive emails. The rate that vbulletin is sending them will take me about 2-3 days.

How can I speed things up?
