World Events forum: How to start off
 

Alright, I'm starting another vBulletin forum (using just a forum only license) that discuss major worldwide (or global) events. I've already thought of the domain name that I'm using and which vB software to use. I've also got a hosting company sorted too.

What should I do to get members and make good, discussable content?
