Merging Two DBs
 

Hey there..

Recently, I have deleted some user accidently, not their posts. but i couldnt recover them, so i restore an old backup..

Now i want to get those post backs, which I lost by restoring old backup.....

Please let me know, how do i get those threads and post from sql database.
