Forum Text formatting menu not showing up?
 

Is this a bug, or a setting I'm not seeing somewhere?

The quick reply box shows the text formatting options correctly, but neither the quick edit, nor the advance box show any options to format text. Is this a setting I've got wrong somewhere, or is this a bug?
