Forum Upgrade400a1 error in step 12
 

I am upgrading my forum "http://www.skiforum.it/forum" from 3.8 version to VB 4.
At step 12, after some minutes the page show me these messages without the "news step" button:

Step 12) Add post and thread table indexes

* Creating index threadid_visible_dateline on vblt_post
* Creating index threadid_visible_dateline on vblt_post


How can I fix this problem? I have just ask to my provider to give me more space in the server but the result is the same.

Upgrading the space for my server to 500 GB I obtain 4 rows:
Step 12) Add post and thread table indexes
* Creating index threadid_visible_dateline on vblt_post
* Creating index ipaddress on vblt_post
* Creating index dateline on vblt_post
* Creating index dateline on vblt_post

My attachment table has 19520 rows. How can I fix the problem?

Now I read this rows (without "next step" button):

Some rows are duplicated, why?
