Convert to UTF8 problem
 

Hello,i have a serius problem with converting mysql (ISO-8859-7+latin) to utf8

I use them both ways and the result is the same

reaches 94% and crashes that reaches 13% and display an error message

at phpmyadmin shows that it has converted their tables to utf8 but when change the language in utf8 display the page with incomprehensible characters
