Can I delete subscriptions and the paypal part stay in tact?

I have increased the price of my advertising subscriptions a couple times and so I have some subscription options that are not valid anymore for new advertisers but I still have some advertisers on the old subscriptions Can I delete those subscriptions on VB and they still remain active via the paypal subscriptions?
