VBulletin API Reference or guidelines that doesn't require having a license?
 

Unless I'm missing something, I can't find a reference to the vBulletin API, as well as guidelines for developing Add-Ons. I don't have a license yet, as I'm still not a customer.

Can anybody point me towards some online resources either in a vBulletin forum or elsewhere?
