Forum Trouble with user registration
 

Version 4.0.2 patch 1.

Just getting set up. Had a tester register. he received welcome email and made a couple posts. later he could not log on, it would not accept his password. I went to "user manager" and did "email password reminder to user". Nothing received. Also clicked on "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" and got 404 error.
