Forum how to utf tags ?
 

hi guys

so i was looking at my sidebar tags and i realized that the links are not utf

here is what you need to know (i will try to be as much descriptive as i could):
admincp => Language => General Settings => HTML Character Set > utf-8
database > utf8_general_ci

admincp => settings => options => Server Settings and Optimization Options:
Friendly URLs > Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs
Enforce Canonical URL > Standard
Friendly URL Unicode > Yes
NCR Encode UTF-8 URLs for IE > Yes

so, what do you guys think ?
