my project..is it duable?
 

Im going to be starting up a news RSS feed type of deal mixed in with a forum. first off let me start off by saying im a complete newb at this.

my main idea is to give out promotional items for every X amount of post. sorta like making a points system.

second problem..i want to make a RSS feed from diffrent websites that provide news information. is there a way i can link it to my site with out editing it all the time? thanks
