Change "Powered by vBulletin" in browser window?
 

I've searched and searched and I've seen so many different answers for this question, so I want to make sure it's okay before doing anything.

Can I change the "Powered by vBulletin" that shows up in the browser title without the branding free option? I do not want to touch anything in the footer, or any other copyright information, just the page title in the browser window.
