Forum when my users request a new password, it does NOT send a working password
 

the most common request I get, to the tune of about 30 emails a day, is:

Help, my password stopped working, I requested a new one three times, and it doesn't work!

What the heck is going on?

If it was one or two users, I'd guess user error - but this is consistent and massive.
