Pre-Purchase Question
 

Hi.

Im new here and to VBulletin. I have some questions i would like to get a answer to. :)

1. If i buy VBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite or VBulletin Forum License, will i be able to have the Forum/Suite on my site forever? Or i need to pay every set period of time to keep it at my site?

2. Is the CMS mainly for publishing articles? Do i need to edit anything so i can post articles? And can i make new pages with it?

3. How much will it cost to upgrade to next version of VBulletin?

4. Is there any free skins/mods or only paid ones?
