CMS Article Image/Thumbnails
 

Hi,

I'm currently using VB4 Publishing Suite as the main website for my place of employment. This website involves a lot of images - historical photos, etc.

Currently when I set an image to display as a thumbnail it merely resizes the original image - shrinks it to thumbnail size while retaining the images file size and this can lead to much longer than necessary loading times.

Other systems, such as Wordpress, tend to create a small and separate thumbnail which then links to the original. Is there currently any way for VB4 CMS to emulate this feature? Is it maybe planned for a future version/update?
