Forum How can I make TWO "home" pages?
 

Let me clarify.... My board will be a members only board.

• New, unregistered guests, and users who are not logged in, would see one home page when they first visit the site. This will be a basic splash page with 1 column and some advertising/explanation of what's inside and no internal links. The only links will be to join or log in. Basically like the "static html page" that has been talked about here.
• Once logged in, the member would now see a different HOME page. This home page will be the regular multi-column page with member only viewable stuff. With all the navigation links afforded with vB4. This would be the only home page that is linked to when once the member is logged in. Meaning the HOME link in the upper left (and any other "home" link found within the site) would link to THIS page instead of the original page.

I'm assuming I can set preferences for the two different pages to reflect member or guest access. But how might I make all the "HOME" links point to the "members" home page?

Just wondering if anyone had a suggestion as how to make this happen, if possible.
