vB4 Trying to change some text colors in the UCP
 

In the user control panel I have some text that's rendered completely illegible by it's dark color. I'd like to change it but I can't figure out how. I've been in and out of style vars but I can't find it. Pic displayed below. Any help would be appreciated as always.
