Attachment error "upload failed"
 

Hello,

I just moved servers and upgraded from 3.7.3 to 3.8.4 everything went smooth but I'm having an issue with attachments. The two admins can upload them into threads just fine but all other users receive the "upload failed" error?

I'm keeping them in a file system at the server. The attachment directory is an exact mirror switch with correct folder 777 permissions. The server is not in safe mode so that's not an issue.

I attempted to move all attachments (1.3 gigs) back into the database but I got an error saying I need to allocate move space? That's not correct either as I've got plenty of space available.

Appreciate any help I can get..
