IPB 2.3.5 to vbulletin 3
 

I own a IPB forum that is version 2.3.5, and 500of members. I am planing to buy Vbulletin and convert the IPB to vbulletin 3. now before I buy it, could someone point me to the converter instructions or link to the converter? I would like to have a look at it before I buy VB.

another question thing: my host, tmzhosting.com is offering vbulletin for $40. I wanted to know if this is legal and I won't get in trouble for buying it. :confused:

once last thing lol: is is possible to buy vbulletin 3 from here? all I see is vbulletin 4 and I don't like v4 because it doesn't have as many mods for it yet.
