Forum Signature image does not display, small, large, all BB and image sizes allowed
 

Hello,
My forum 4.0.2 will not display my signature images. I have uploaded an image, uploaded a tiny image in case size was the problem. I have adjusted to allow :
Image BB Code for signatures enabled in AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > [Edit Usergroup] > Signature Permissions > Allow Image BB Code

I have looked everywere intuitive to see what is stopping the image from displaying.

Also, I would like a larger profile picture. I have adjusted the profile pic size allotted to a very large size, much larger than the acual 400X200, and the 220 x 155 image is all that is allowed to display. What, why is that?

Picture uploading permissions and everywhere (under administrator group permissions) everywhere there could be a limit, I raised the settings to way high over what would limit the images.

HTML only ends up with a vacant image, and the code displays.

Have searched for anwers, and as yet have been unable to find a solution.
