Forum vB 4.0.2 installed with no graphics/icons...
 

I installed the vB 4.0.2 and no graphics or icons work, ie, they're all getting red x's, everything from status icons to the little magnifying glass that's supposed to be next to the Search box.

The Properties look fine on the image, but there's nothing there. For example, when I look at the Properties for one of the main forum status icons , it says "http://www.'sitename'/forums/images/statusicon/forum_old-48.png", but there are no images in the FTP Images folder and I don't know where to find them or load them.

I'm not a computer person and I'm teaching myself all of this through Google and trial and error, so if I'm missing something obvious or use impoper jargon please forgive me.
