Can't access Admin Control panel - plugins don't work
 

I've just transferred my board from one server to another. I've uploaded all the files and everything seems to work okay, except all the plugins are not working, - including vBseo - and I can't access the admin control panel. I get this:

So I figured one of the plugins is probably referring to the old site this screwing everything up. So I need to shut them all of. Am I correct? Anyway, how can I do this? I've tried adding define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); to the config file, but this had no effect.

I looked at the init file, but I'm no wiz when it comes to scripting.
