Forum Foreign IP address trying to log in with an Administrators Account Name
 

I discovered this in my online list and knew she wouldn't have trouble logging in, so I checked the IP address and found it wasn't from her location ... or even in the US. I sent her a message on Facebook and she assured me she hasn't been trying to log in. How has her name been hijacked and how can I prevent this in the future? She changed her password, but obviously they don't have it or the could have accessed the admin panel.
